Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is the document that governs, under
article 28 of the GDPR, how Dynapps España processes your environment's
personal data in its capacity as data processor.
What the DPA covers
- Subject matter and duration of the processing.
- Nature and purpose: providing the Dyncloud service.
- Types of personal data and categories of data subjects.
- Obligations and rights of the controller (you) and the processor (us).
- Security measures applied (in line with the
Security section).
- Authorized sub-processors and the regime for notifying changes (see
Sub-processors).
- Assistance to the controller with data subject rights and breach
notification.
- Return and deletion of data at the end of the relationship (see
Retention and deletion).
How to obtain it
The DPA is part of your service contract. If you need to review it
before signing, or want a signed copy, just ask us and we'll provide
it.
For your prior evaluation
If your data protection team needs to evaluate the DPA as part of
due-diligence, we can provide you with a version for review under the
corresponding confidentiality agreement.
